Cekira is sold for business use, to companies, freelancers and sole traders. Base prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown in Stripe checkout before payment. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions are charged in full and renew yearly. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge.
A few things to know
Can I try both Pro and Team?
Yes. One 15-day trial per account lets you try Pro and Team in up to 1 workspace, with you and up to 2 more people. Invoices created during the trial carry a Cekira watermark; paid exports are unbranded. Uploaded original invoices are preserved unchanged. Invited contributors join using their invitation and do not need to buy a subscription.
Is the invoice maker still free?
Yes. The public invoice maker and its PDF export are free, with no account required. Its browser draft is separate from the records saved in a Cekira account. Every invoice-maker design and PDF carries a Cekira watermark.
How many workspaces does Pro include?
One Pro subscription covers up to 1 personal workspaces for your own use. It keeps its own business details, clients and invoices. Workspaces you are invited into are covered by their owner and do not count toward your workspace allowance.
How does Team pricing work?
Team covers up to 3 active workspaces, with at most 1 shared workspace for the owner and 10 more people. The other workspaces are owner-only; all three can remain owner-only. Team+ covers 3 shared workspaces for the owner and up to 30 more people in total. Each person counts once across all three workspaces; the owner doesn’t count toward the limit, and contacts without app access do not count. All Pro features are included, with one payer and one subscription. For more people, more workspaces or anything else, ask about a custom plan at support@cekira.com.
How do import limits work?
Upload an existing invoice and let AI extract its details for review. The trial includes 25 files / 50 MiB total. Pro includes 500 imports and Team 1,000 per UTC month, each with 1 GiB of uploads. Team+ includes 3,000 files / 3 GiB per UTC month. Annual plans receive the same monthly allowances. Your plan’s import and upload allowances are shared across all workspaces you own. They do not multiply when you add workspaces or people. Monthly allowances reset on the 1st in UTC.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Cancel in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription, or contact Cekira support. Your paid access normally continues until the end of the billing period. To review a plan change, open Plan & billing. If provider changes are unavailable, contact support@cekira.com before buying another subscription so we can help avoid overlapping charges.
What happens to my records when paid access ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. You can view and download saved invoices and original PDFs. Creating, editing, sending and importing require an active subscription. Subscribe to continue with your existing clients, settings and history.
