Can I really export an invoice for free?

Yes. Create your invoice and use your browser’s Save as PDF window. There’s no payment or account requirement at export.

What does the full app add?

A place to keep clients, invoice history, reusable designs and recorded work. Review the month, prepare invoices, and work with a team when you need to. Compare Pro and Team plans.

Where does my free invoice draft go?

The current free tool keeps the draft in your browser. It is not automatically added to a Cekira account.

Can I use Cekira on my own?

Yes. Start with a personal workspace. Team workspaces add shared tasks, assignments, comments and activity, so everyone can follow the work. Review team hours and received invoices together. Invited contributors do not need their own subscription.

Why would Cekira ask for access to my Google account?

Only if you choose it. Continue with Google shares your name, email address and profile picture so you can sign in. Connecting Gmail is optional: it asks only for permission to send the invoices you choose from your own address, and Cekira cannot read your inbox. How we handle Google data.
